Illinois Public Acts & Compiled Statutes (ILCS)

(Public Act 94-389), became effective January 1, 2006. One of the requirements of this Act is that the issuing consulate must file with the Department of State Police a copy of the issuing consulate’s consular identification document and a certification of the procedures that are used to satisfy the requirements of paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Act.
